Once the excitement of your future together begins, relax and indulge in a lavish couple’s spa massage in a garden-set thatched roof bungalow at Anara Spa.

FINE FARE

Choose from extensive dining options, from fine cuisine to poolside fare. The resort boasts its own hydroponic garden which grows and harvests fresh baby lettuce used in all of the resort’s restaurants.

Savor the flavors of the island Hawaiian-style at Tidepools, set over a koi-filled lagoon at the base of a waterfall, where you’ll dine on the freshest local fish and succulent steaks. Seaview Terrace’s new menu features delicious Asian cuisine.

From an elegant celebration to the most casual gathering in one of the many restaurants, you’ll discover why these popular eateries have attracted so many awards and accolades.

CONSERVATION COMMITTMENT

Strongly committed to conservation and preservation of natural resources, the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa takes action to reduce its environmental footprint. Educating guests about the island’s precious resources and endangered species inspires respect and wonder in visitors for the island’s unique habitat.

The resort provides refillable aluminum water bottles in each room, reducing the use of 600,000 single-use plastic bottles per year. A broad-based recycling program diverts more than 13 tons of materials from the landfill monthly while a photovoltaic system generates nearly 450,000 kWh of electricity per year, and integrated pest management reduces the amount of chemicals used.

The resort is home to Ke Kumu O Hihinui, a cultural center designed to help travelers learn about native Hawaiian history and culture. Guests can visit the center and meet the resort’s Manager of Hawaiian Culture, Moani Tolentino, as well as take part in unique activities such as Hawaiian language, hula and ukulele classes, coconut basket weaving, and more.

The property also provides a weekly luau showcasing the vibrant dances of Polynesia and a feast including traditional and modern Hawaiian cuisine.
