More Than 50 Dive Sites

More than 50 dive sites surround Yap, offering a broad range of underwater conditions and environments.

Divers can explore coral gardens, reef walls and drift dives, with sites suited to both beginners and more experienced divers.

The surrounding reefs support an impressive variety of marine life, including manta rays, reef sharks, barracudas and schools of jacks.

Seasonal Blackwater Diving

Manta Ray Bay Resort & Yap Divers also offers seasonal blackwater diving, introducing experienced divers to marine life that rises from deeper water after dark.

These dives are generally best between June and the end of November, during the non-trade-wind season, and are offered weekly or by request.
